Latvia's 100th Birthday!

As a descendant of a exiled Latvian mother, I have been reconnecting with my roots. This year was especially fun as it was the 100th anniversary of the formation of the country. All year Latvians have been celebrating and holding amazing cultural events.

This year I again participated in the Kalamazoo Latvian Association's annual Christmas fair by being a graphic design vendor who sells Latvian Christmas Cards. I added some new designs this year so my shoppers would have some fresh designs to mail all over the world to friends and family. I love getting a physical card in the mail, don't you?
